Okey, so you may have noticed that this (and my other sites) totally evaporated into the internet a few weeks ago, and then returned as only a placeholder page. Well in short I moved servers when it went down (which was the placeholder) and then I recently found out the old servers were still online with all of the content.

So the good news is I'M BACK! I'll be taking some time in the next week to catch up on where I left off on the blogs and getting everything back online.

ON IMH!

So a month later and here I come with another entry. While I'd like to make more frequent entries the feedback I've gotten has shown that less frequent, more thought out postings provide better reading. Quality over quantity right?
So it's been interesting in the past four weeks. I've made a significant effort to get more things done but there is still room for improvement. The major cornerstone of this entry focuses on the week following the last entry when I sent my PowerBook in for service. For what ended up being only a few days I had no computer of myself and I kept away from instant messaging. I was struck to write something the first day I was without my computer so I resorted to paper, thus this is a "paper blog."

Hello everyone, I just wanted alert you to something. For a few weeks I have been unable to contact my web host and the severity of the nature is beginning to set in. One of my other sites, DJEth.com, resides as a subordinate of this site. [update] The domain registration has been squared away and I now retain controll of it. DJ Eth site is still up and going. That settled and with BlackSpyBox is more than well paid for and taken care of it concerns me now as to what may be happening with the company.

So last week was MacWorld Expo 2009 which is a major event for any mac/apple fan. This year was particularly big as Adobe had pulled their booth on the expo floor and Apple announced it was the last year they were going to be there. I was hoping to do my writeup sooner/in the middle of MacWorld like I did last year but it didn't come together. Needless to say, here's a quick summary of some of the good stuff (and pictures.)

Well I'd imagine that everyone had left this blog by now but I know there are few faithfuls out there. Thank you! So it's been about four months since I last made any appearance and in that time LOTS has happened. Now rather than bore you with what would become a novel explaining it I'm just going to recap each event with one sentence. Should be quick. Ready? Here we go!

So it's the first week away from camp and it's always such a change to go back to a "normal" pace of things. Refreshing, yes, but also now I'm back to work conundrum. However things are moving along. In other news I went to a High End Systems open house up in SF and got to look at some of the latest products. Holly shit awesome stuff, also extremely expensive. More on this (with a pic) later on.
Of course as expected the "I'm going to blog!" never held up. Note to self: Don't promise blogging when still at camp.
